Warranty And Returns policy

Aluthslstore.lk provide a warranty period for all branded products. Products which is eligible for warranty will be included on the product page. For products without warranties, no warranty details will be mentioned. Please contact us to check the warranty eligibility of the product before placing an order.

The product is eligible for a period on 1 to 5  Year/ from the purchase/delivery date.

Warranty includes only for manufacturing defects

Warranty does not include physical or liquid damage

Warranty cannot be transferred to third party

Customer are requested to contact our customer service to claim the warrant

Warranty and Returns Policy

Warranty period is referred as follows;
1 Year – 365 days / 2 Years – 730 days / 3 Years – 1095 days / 4 Years – 1460 days / 5 Years – 1825 days
Warranty period is calculated in calendar days (including weekends, public, bank, mercantile and poya holidays)
warranty cover is limited to manufacturing defects as outlined by the manufacturer or principal supplier, and does not cover
damages caused by power fluctuations, lightning, natural disasters, and misuse beyond products tolerance, physical damage and
virus attacks.
Warranty processing may take up to a maximum of 30 days from the time of acceptance for remedy or replacement.
Original purchase product and purchase invoice is compulsory at the time of submitting warranty and is only valid for original
purchaser.
Warranty will be limited to the warranty period mentioned on the invoice. Warranty period mentioned on the product or package
may not be applicable for Sri Lanka.
Warranty period will vary from product to product and will be mentioned on the invoice against each product.
Cash refunds will not be considered under any circumstances. Warranty claims will be processed only if the invoice is fully settled.
Returns are accepted within 03 days of delivery or Pick up by customer, Returns beyond given time will not be accommodated.
Returns will be accepted only if returned as delivered, in original condition (box damage and product damage will not be accepted
as returnable.)
All dealers and customers are required to obtain a return note/credit note immediately upon return being confirmed as accepted.
Invoice revision will not be processed without the same.
Stock products sold that are used for testing purposes are not considered as returnable and must be done at the expense of the
dealer/customer or consumer.
